Inspired by my travels where often poverty and tourism intersect, I encountered indigenous people trying to make a living through imaginative means. In these same locations the abundance of litter sparked my personal interest in recycling. I founded the concept of EYE CANS. It is Art With A Vision. Based on the notion that we can all create a difference.

To reach and teach vulnerable populations how to create art from the upcycling of a discarded aluminum can and successfully market these consciously made products to provide funds for their essential needs.

To collaborate with and receive sponsorship from organizations whose goal is also to give a voice, raise funds and awareness to improve fundmental problems and concerns locally as well as in communities around the world.

What Have I Been Doing ?

In order to better understand the teaching concept, response and interest in my EYE CAN idea, I have been volunteering with local schools, Art Centers, at numerous fundraisers, as well as exhibiting and selling my personal EYE CAN art in various galleries.
